Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Dogs must be cleaned up after on the immediate grounds surrounding the building, we would encourage you to walk your dog in the wooded areas away from the building.
